KAYWEARS was built on a rooftop in Karachi, in-between shifts, in-between drops. Every piece is drawn, cut, and stitched within a five-kilometre radius of where I grew up.

This isn't a brand you scroll past. It's a small ritual — an unboxing, a heavy cotton weight against your skin, a foil that catches the light.
